The Real Hat Fort Miley Snapback (Off White/Green) pays homage to one of San Francisco’s most iconic DIY skate spots with classic design and West Coast skate heritage stitched into every detail. This cap features a clean off-white crown with a deep green flat brim, embroidered eyelets, and matching top button, giving it a timeless outdoor look. The front is embroidered with “FORT MILEY” above a detailed rendering of the lush tree line and legendary skateable benches from the Fort Miley site, complete with a seagull silhouette overhead — a nod to the scenic coastal setting.
On the back, the adjustable snap closure ensures a comfortable fit for all sizes, and a small REAL logo tag is subtly sewn into the seam near the strap for a low-key branded hit that skaters will recognize.
REAL Skateboards has been repping core street skateboarding since the early ’90s, founded by Tommy Guerrero and Jim Thiebaud under the DLX umbrella in San Francisco. Known for their no-nonsense approach and deep connection to skateboarding’s roots, REAL has always been about giving back to the community and highlighting legendary skate spots like Fort Miley.
Fort Miley itself has a rich place in skateboarding history. Originally a military site turned public park, it became a go-to spot for Bay Area skaters thanks to its perfect concrete benches, smooth grounds, and ocean views. The location became a proving ground for countless skaters over the years and still holds weight in skate culture, especially in Northern California. REAL’s tribute through this snapback isn't just gear — it’s a wearable piece of skate history.
Stix SGV has proudly served the San Gabriel Valley skateboarding community since the late ‘90s. With three locations across Los Angeles County, we’ve been deeply rooted in the local scene. Our Monrovia shop has been a staple since 1997, followed by our Claremont location in 2014, and our South Pasadena shop opening its doors in 2022. Our mission has always been simple: to uphold skateboarding culture and stay true to our community.
