The Powell Peralta Bones Brigade Lance Mountain Reissue Black 16 (10.0) deck is a striking homage to one of skateboarding's most influential icons. This limited-edition reissue is part of the Sixteenth Series and features Lance Mountain's iconic "Cave Painting" graphic in metallic gold and deep red foil over a textured satin black background. The artwork, screen printed with heat and pressure, blends prehistoric flair with punk energy, capturing Mountain’s raw creativity and his contribution to skateboarding's artistic soul.
The construction includes seven plies of premium U.S. hard rock maple, bonded with high-spec glue for long-lasting performance. Built in Mexico by Powell Peralta’s trusted manufacturing partner, this deck uses the original 1980s shape, concave (SP3), and old hole pattern, staying true to the Bones Brigade legacy. Specs include a deck width of 10.0", length of 29.75", and a wheelbase of 15.125", offering a wide, stable ride perfect for both cruising and pool sessions.
Powell Peralta, founded in the late 1970s by George Powell and Stacy Peralta, revolutionized skateboarding with its Bones Brigade team and pioneering graphics and deck tech. The Bones Brigade was a legendary force in the 1980s, shaping skateboarding’s golden era and inspiring generations that followed.
Lance Mountain was one of the most original and influential skaters of that era. Known for his style, humor, and versatility, he bridged the worlds of vert and street skating and helped define the modern skater's attitude—creative, expressive, and authentic. His original pro graphic, as featured here, became instantly iconic and remains a staple of skate art.
Each deck in this limited run (only 2,500 made) comes individually numbered and includes a collector’s deck card, making it ideal for both riding and displaying. It’s a tribute not just to Lance Mountain, but to skateboarding history itself.
