The Heroin Sticker Swampy is a chaotic and eye-melting tribute to the bizarre, brutal, and beautiful world of Heroin Skateboards. Rendered in a stark fluorescent green and black ink, the graphic features a dense, grotesque swamp of monsters, gators, toads, and warped faces stacked into a visceral tower of weirdness. The drawing bursts with heavy detail—bulging eyes, twisted jaws, and melted expressions, giving it the raw, unfiltered energy that defines Heroin’s aesthetic. At the bottom, the text “HEROIN SKATEBOARDS” is hand-scrawled in a dripping, slime-green font that matches the art’s chaotic energy.
This piece was made in honor of team rider Swampy, whose style and personality embody the raw, creature-laden vibe of the brand. It's not just a sticker—it’s a wall of skate mutant mythology, built for the grip side or the bedroom wall of anyone who skates grimy spots and calls the crust home.
Behind it all is Fos (Mark Foster), the UK-born artist, designer, and founder of Heroin Skateboards. Known for his hand-drawn art style and irreverent tone, Fos started Heroin in 1998 as a way to keep skateboarding weird, personal, and DIY. From zine culture to full-length videos like Video Nasty and Magic Sticky Hand, Heroin’s vision has never been sanitized or corporate—it’s all about personality and grit. Fos is also a longtime friend of the shop, frequently dropping by our Monrovia location to hang, draw, or just talk skate. His work continues to be one of the most distinctive voices in skateboarding’s visual language, and this sticker is a perfect example of that legacy.
