The Heroin Deck Nolan Houghton Bug (10.4” x 30.75”) is a wild, unapologetic tribute to one of the most creative riders in Heroin’s stacked lineup. This deck features a loud and chaotic graphic with a giant anthropomorphic bug rocking a flat brim “SNOT” hat, camera, iphone, book, dvd, and big blue skate shoes. Behind him, a cartoonish cityscape, complete with what looks like Clyde's fast-food joint, sets the scene. The artwork pops off a vibrant teal-stained wood background, with HEROIN and NOLAN blasted in drippy, hot pink lettering that’s instantly recognizable from the brand’s aesthetic. Wheel wells are milled in for function and style, while the shape boasts a Razor Edge Construction and 14.5” wheelbase for that fat, functional cruiser feel.

Founded in 1998 by artist and skateboarder Mark "Fos" Foster, Heroin Skateboards was born from the gritty streets of the UK with a vision of keeping skateboarding raw, fun, and DIY. Fos, who handles all of Heroin's graphics himself, has built a cult-like following with his scratchy, psychedelic art style and love of offbeat board shapes. Fos is also a great friend of the shop, and both he and his wife are frequent visitors at the Monrovia location—always supporting the local scene and showing love to the SGV skate community.

Nolan Houghton, known for his fearless approach and eccentric energy, brings a perfect match to the Heroin vibe. His skating is both chaotic and technical, a reflection of Heroin’s core message: ride how you want, where you want, and don’t take yourself too seriously. His graphics often channel the bizarre and hilarious, making each deck feel like a little piece of outsider art.
